Allocations are issued as a blend of RLUSD and MPT-based reward tokens (XLS-33). Eligibility is verified against on-ledger activity: AMMDeposit matching for LPs, PaymentChannelClaim / XChainClaim for cross-chain participants, and signed commit-hash verification for GitHub contributors. Single Asset Vault and Lending Protocol (XLS-66) terms apply above the standard tier. Double-claim attempts trigger the XLS-39 Clawback Amendment and freeze of the associated MPT issuance.
